Job Duties :

  •  3+ years of previous HR management experience
  • Supervising all HR activities, communications, reports, requests and documents created and received by the team
  • Attending interdepartmental meetings with other managers
  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
  • Ensuring employees follow all policies and procedures
Skills and Attributes
  • Excellent understanding of financial accounting concepts, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Enthusiastic and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong analysis and problem solving skills.  
  • Willing and able to learn.
  • Conscientious; internally motivated to be accurate.
  • Ability to exercise sound independent judgment within established guidelines.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office products and comfortable with accounting software.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize workload appropriately.
  • Maintains the confidentiality of information.
